When You Feel it You’ll Understand was my first self-published zine. It was a collection of photos I had taken from 2018 - 2020 and writing I had done during that same period of time. While it feels juvenile sometimes when I look back at it, this is still something I’m proud of and am happy I made. This marked me starting to take photography and zine making a little more seriously, and it was the first time I got to hold something I had created in its physical form. A lot of the photography was of my own personal life events, while the writing was mainly focused on the same.
